The Mother-and-child-gymnastics is aimed at children the age of 3-5.
Movement is introduced to the children in a playfull way.
Parents and children gain a positive attitude towards their own body and strengthen the parent-child trust. About 21'000 mothers and fathers attend these courses with their child every year.
